Small Business Owners Insurance Available in 29 States and DC

E. R. Munro and Company, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in conjunction with the United States Notary Association (USNA), is now offering Business Owners Insurance, geared to the small business owner. It is written with an “A” rated Pennsylvania insurance company.
This insurance policy is available for small businesses in 29 states and the District of Columbia and provides ample protection of business assets with $2 million in liability coverage.
States in which Business Owners Insurance is currently available are: Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin.
Covering owned and leased equipment such as copiers, computers and telephone systems, Business Owners Insurance pays standard claims such as fire, theft, burglary, robbery, vandalism and windstorm damage. In addition, it pays claims for damage to computers and equipment breakdown costs, $10,000 in computer software coverage, $10,000 in forgery or alteration protection and $25,000 in protection of valuable papers on the business owner’s premises and $10,000 off premises.
There is also $25,000 in employee dishonesty coverage that includes the required protection of an established employee benefit plan such as a 401(K) and up to $25,000 of protection for the theft of money and securities on and off premises.
